Since childhood, I have always been able to recognize when others were in distress. I started Courageous Conversations to help people arrive at a conclusion through conversations, observations, and reasoning that shows their firmness of purpose through Courage.
I had a strong drive to not just help but to be an encourager. That is why I have lived a lifestyle of servant leadership with the goal of helping others find the power from within to resolve life’s challenges, conflicts, and disappointments.
Along the way, I began to earn a reputation as a trusted creative and motivating problem solver. Courageous Conversations presents an opportunity for you, your family, teams, couples, large and small groups to navigate your way through sensitive and/or difficult topics with a goal of conquering conflicts through Courage. We may not be able to control life’s situations; however, we do have choices.
